- Pricing: € 3,500 per annum
- SLA Level 2
- Available via: email and instant messenger (Skype, GTalk, Yahoo)
- Availability hours: Business hours (Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm GMT+2)
- Issue resolving reaction time: within 12 hours
- Pricing: € 4,500 per annum
- SLA Level 3
- Available via: phone, email and instant messenger (Skype, GTalk, Yahoo)
- Availability hours: Daylight hours (Monday to Friday, 7am to 7pm GMT+2)
- Issue resolving reaction time: within 6 hours
- Pricing: € 5,200 per annum
